UK Standard Delivery

Free on orders over £129. Orders under £129 are charged £3.99. Delivered within 3–5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD.

 

UK Next Day Delivery

Available at checkout for £6.99. Order by 1 PM Monday–Friday for next-working-day delivery. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery times: Europe 5–10 working days; Rest of World 7–14 working days. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link will be emailed to you upon dispatch. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact support@thevintagearena.com.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing for international orders.
